Frequently asked questions

Have a question that's not here? Get in touch.

Can dog poop go in the green bin in Woodstock?

No. Oxford County's green bin, which started in Woodstock in January 2026, lists pet droppings as unacceptable. When we clean your yard, we take the waste away with us.

Where can my dog run off-leash in Woodstock?

The City has three leash-free dog parks: Henry Street Dog Park, Roth Park on Pittock Lake and the Cowan Sportsplex Dog Park.

What areas do you serve?

We serve London, Ontario and nearby areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your address, send us an inquiry with your location and we will confirm. We will tell you what the visit involves and when we can plan it.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and we are closed on Sundays. Send an inquiry outside those hours and we will reply as soon as we can. Booking for a time that suits you is easy to arrange.

How much does dog poop cleanup cost?

Cost depends on the size of your yard, how much waste is present and how often you want service. We give a quote before any work starts so you know the price. Send an inquiry with a short description of your yard and we will get back to you.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

You do not always need to be home, but you should let us know how to access the yard and where the gates are. Tell us about any pets that need to stay inside. We will explain the access steps when you book.

Do you handle dog waste in the winter?

Yes, we can help with winter buildup and spring cleanups once the snow melts. Waste can be harder to see in cold weather, so we recommend booking once the yard is clear enough to work. Send us a message to plan the right timing.

What happens to the waste you collect?

We remove the waste from your yard as part of the service. If you have questions about how we handle disposal, ask us when you book. We are happy to explain our process in plain terms.
